Well don’t worry, you’re now at the
right place to start in Jay’s
Genius Coaching.
So, where do you want to go in life? Think of these coaching sessions as an assessment of where you are, so that you can figure out where you need to go. Just like with any GPS, it needs to know where you’re standing, your current location so that it can give directions to your destination. This is time well invested!
What do you need to get started?
- Schedule your learning time daily, so that it becomes a priority. This is an important tipfor your personal and self development success.
- Get a notebook for Genius Coaching notes, so it’s all together.
- Download the worksheets that come with each session, they are in the website.
Step 1.
Now you’re ready to start with session #1, Jay’s Welcome to Genius!
Step 2.
In coaching session 2, Time vs Energy Management, Jay explains the importance of taking notice of how you spend your time and where your energy and attention is going. Make sure to do the exercise Jay gives as ‘homework’ :)
Step 3.
Now that you have some information about how you use time and energy, Jay guides you on a self-assessment exercise to identify your growth gap in coaching session 3. The Circle of Life teaching is explained and Jay gives guidance on how to create a S.M.A.R.T. goals to achieve improvement in your Genius Growth Goal.
Step 4. You’re doing great, keep going!
In coaching session 4, Jay continues the process of answering the 7 questions about your specified Genius Growth Goal by removing the cluttering thoughts, and give guidance on how to climb the ladder one step at a time.
Step 5.
Well done, this is the last of the foundational coaching videos, you did it! You’ve learned some things about yourself, like how you manage your time and energy. You’ve also identified the area of life you need to grow, you’ve established SMART goals to help you climb the ladder towards success of achieving this goal and now in this coaching session you make a plan! Coaching session 7, Create Your Action Plan: Small steps, Big Priority, brings everything together!
